• Upon placing your order, expect us to contact you within 2-3 business days to start discussing your personalised stationery. 

• A Google form will be sent to your email, gathering all essential details for your unique piece.

• Share your inspirations with us! Send any mood boards or styles that resonate with your event's vibe.

• This collaborative process ensures we create stationery that perfectly complements and captures the essence of your special day.

Following your details and inspirations, we'll present you with two distinct design concepts for your consideration.

• Once a concept has been approved, we go to print! 

Lead-time and Delivery

• Once we have received your order & wording, please allow 3 business days for us to create your layout. We will then email it to you for your approval to print. 
• Once you approve your proof, please allow 2-3 weeks until you receive your order.

Rush Service

• We do offer a rush service for certain items which costs 30% extra. Please email us if you would like to know more about this service and whether it is possible for your event date.
